What is your return policy?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with any product you purchase from us! Please use the Contact Us page if you have a problem with any product. We will do our best to resolve your problem. If you are not satisfied with any product, return it within 30 days for a full refund, no questions asked. More information is available on the Shipping & Returns page.

Do you give educational discounts?

Yes we do! If you're an educator and looking to bring the magic of stop motion animation into your classroom, send us an inquiry and we'll be happy to extend our special pricing to you.

How do I apply a promo code?

You can apply your promo code from the checkout page. To get there, go to https://stopmotionexplosion.com/cart and click "Enter Shipping Address".

On the right, under the list of products you're purchasing, you'll see a field that says "Discount". Enter your promo code there and click "Apply" to add the discount to your order.

When will I receive my order?

In-stock items ordered will ship within 48 business hours of the order being placed regardless of the shipment method you choose.

Orders shipping via USPS Priority within the US (our free shipping option for domestic orders over $75) usually arrive within 1-3 business days of shipment.

USPS Priority Express shipments arrive within 1-2 business days.

How does Stopmotion Explosion ship orders?

In the US, we offer USPS Priority Mail & First Class Package shipping. Orders shipping outside the US ship USPS First Class International. Most orders ship within 48 business hours of order placement.

Our free shipping offer for US orders over $35 is via USPS Priority or First Class Package, depending on the item ordered.

Once your order has shipped, you can track its progress on the USPS website.

Will I have to pay any taxes or fees on my order?

Unfortunately the answer is, "Yes, possibly." Orders shipped within MA will have to pay a 6.25% sales tax.

If you are shipping to a country other than the U.S.A, you will likely need to pay customs, taxes, clearance duty or other extra fees at the time you accept the package. We don’t collect the fees when you place the order, and it’s your responsibility to pay these fees as the consumer.
